Life in General Hello World,
I'm hoping this will be a good place to rant about life.
Today I went to work and once again felt it sucking the life out of me. My department was short by two people today. Normally we're just short one person since one person left and six months later the position still has yet to be filled. That leaves two people to do the work of four. Added to this is the fact that our workload has gone through the roof this month due to a new promotion from the big company that my company does contract work for.
Not fun.
I turned 30 last Saturday and as part of my panic over getting old I started cataloging all of my aches and pains. I'll spare you the list but I can definitely say I feel old....and worn out.
Thought for the day: If life gives you lemons you make lemonade. Something that can be sold for a profit.
If life gives you beer you make urine. Same color result but no profit. (And you really don't want to drink it)
So why is it given the choice the average adult would rather have free beer than free lemons?
